Capitol Hill Takes Fresh Look at Profit Shifting

An article in the Wall Street Journal quoted Bryan McGannon, ASBC’s Director of Policy and Engagement, in reaction to the Senate Finance Committee and the House Ways and Means Committee’s subcommittee hearings on tax policy. Said McGannon, “Congress should consider the BEPS proposals as a source of ideas for tightening our tax code so that the government collects the tax revenue it needs to build and maintain essential services and infrastructure.”
