Hawai‘i Could Recover $38M Lost to Corporate Tax Loopholes
An article in Big Island Now quoted John O’Neill, ASBC senior tax analyst, in foavor of businesses paying their fair share of taxes. Said O’Neill, “Too many companies have abandoned their moral obligation to pay the full amount they owe for the public services andinfrastructure they use in our states. That means other taxpayers, including other businesses, have to pay more.”
