Terrius, an Afro-Indigenous Latinx professional, harnesses global and domestic frameworks to address economic, educational, environmental, and political inequities in Indigenous communities. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago, a Master in Indigenous Peoples Law from the University of Oklahoma, and three bachelor’s degrees from the University of Mississippi.

Estakio Beltran serves as Partnership Advisor and leads the Office of Strategic Partnerships (OSP) at the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Office of the Assistant Secretary – Indian Affairs. He joins DOI on assigned detail from Native Americans in Philanthropy (NAP) through an Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) Agreement. Estakio, collaborates regularly with the White House Council on Native American Affairs and other Federal agencies that house initiatives focused on conservation, economic development, and revitalizing Native languages through public-private engagement between philanthropy, Tribal organizations, and the business sector.

Kelly Dennis serves as Partnerships Strategist for the Office of Strategic Partnerships (OSP), Office of the Assistant Secretary – Indian Affairs, U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI). She joins DOI on assigned detail from Native Americans in Philanthropy (NAP) through an Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) Agreement. As Partnerships Strategist, Kelly supports OSP Partnership Advisor to strengthen relationships with Tribal Nations, DOI, and Federal agencies to drive innovation through public-private partnerships. In addition, Kelly collaborates with colleagues at DOI to build relationships across philanthropy, non-profits, and the private sector wishing to develop partnerships with Tribal Communities to support economic development initiatives.
