Jessica has extensive experience in fostering cross-sector collaborations to drive systemic change. This work has led Jessica to engage across industries, including the for-profit and non-profit worlds, as well as the government, working with both policymakers and implementers to create meaningful change that impacts the lives of those working to improve the world around them.

Adam Chappell | Farmer | Chappell Brothers Farm

Adam is a fourth-generation regenerative farmer, a cover crop enthusiast, and a student of nature, based in Cotton Plant, Arkansas. For nearly two decades, he has transformed his family’s multi-thousand-acre operation from a conventional, input-dependent enterprise into a thriving regenerative farm through cover cropping, limited tillage, diverse rotations and soil-health-centered management.

Callie Eideberg | Principal | Vogel Group

Callie is a well-regarded policy expert on agriculture, land conservation, water policy and environmental issues. She is known for her ability to work with both political parties and her direct approach to tackling tough issues. Most recently, Callie served as Senior Professional Staffer to Senator Debbie Stabenow, Chair of the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry Committee.

Tom Gates | Global Values Led Dairy Specialist | Ben & Jerry’s

As a strategic leader for Ben & Jerry’s, Tom is responsible for shaping and driving the company’s global dairy sustainability initiatives across the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom. He manages all aspects of values-led dairy programming, including overseeing relationships with hundreds of dairy farmers, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with external consultants, suppliers, and NGO partners.
