Corporate food companies are making regenerative agriculture claims—but new research reveals which companies are actually delivering on their promises and which are falling short on meaningful environmental impact.
What We Advanced in July
Corporate Accountability Tracking – Monitoring food industry commitments to regenerative agriculture programs and identifying gaps between public statements and actual implementation.
Policy Impact Assessment – Analyzing how federal Farm Bill developments and reconciliation processes are influencing corporate adoption of regenerative practices.
Supply Chain Transparency – Advancing business coalition demands for clearer reporting standards on regenerative agriculture claims and measurable environmental outcomes.
Coalition Building – Expanding network of businesses advocating for authentic regenerative agriculture policies that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and farmer equity over corporate greenwashing.
August 26th Focus: As We Sow presenting their comprehensive report “From the Ground Up” that ranks food companies on the success of their regenerative agriculture programs, policies, and practices—revealing which companies are leading and which are lagging. A member of the steering committee will also share updates on federal farm policy.
