You’re Invited: Annual Report Open House with Growing GRASS

Regenerative grazing is on the rise. But for value to be carried through the supply chain, the whole animal must be utilized — from hides to bones to the organs within.

Growing GRASS is forging resilient supply chains that elevate the byproducts of regenerative cattle and bison. This benefits all of us: producers, processors, brands, consumers, and the planet. 

Led by the American Sustainable Business Institute / Network and Other Half Processing, in partnership with a team of agricultural, research, community, and industry leaders, the Growing GRASS project has been making an impact together for over a year. 

Join us for an open house on Thursday, February 13th, 2:00 pm CST to learn about how our 5-year USDA grant funds work with livestock producers, slaughterhouses, processors, and companies to increase the supply of verified-regenerative materials like hides, bones, and organs. We will share the successes and challenges of 2024, and lift up what excites us about 2025.
