The federal government is advancing the reconciliation process that will shape the future of the Farm Bill—and our coalition is strategically positioning marker bills and business voices to transform American agriculture.

What We Advanced in June & July

Budget Reconciliation Tracking – Monitoring the reconciliation process and analyzing implications for Farm Bill development and sustainable agriculture funding priorities.

Marker Bills Strategy – Tracking and developing support for key marker bills that prioritize environmental justice and direct support for underserved and BIPOC farmers.

USDA Story Campaign Launch – Launching comprehensive campaign to document how businesses and supply chains depend on USDA funding, creating powerful testimony for policy advocacy.

Coalition Building – Expanding network of businesses willing to advocate publicly for regenerative agriculture policies and equitable farm programs.

August 14th Focus: Discussing the upcoming window for Farm Bill negotiations and reviewing strategic positioning of marker bills for maximum policy impact.

Corporate agribusiness has monopolies. Sustainable farmers have community—and that’s our competitive advantage.
