Climate change is increasingly disrupting lives and businesses across the U.S. Clean energy, like solar and wind power, reduces our reliance on fossil fuels and their associated environmental and climate impacts.
ASBN’s Climate and Energy Working Group (CEWG) is directly engaged with political leadership and plays a pivotal role in advancing both federal and local climate policy. In addition to this work, we’ve created a space to connect to partnering organizations and share best practices and experiences, new opportunities for action, and the latest political developments.
ASBN has been instrumental in advocating for policies like the Inflation Reduction Act and the bipartisan Infrastructure Bill, making significant progress in shifting our economies towards more sustainable and regenerative practices. We champion investments in climate, justice, clean energy and agriculture. Despite this tremendous progress, much work remains, and the CEWG will continue to take action and advocate for solutions.
