2023 Farm Bill Fly-In on June 14, 2023

The American Sustainable Business Network (ASBN) Regenerative Agriculture Working Group and Justice Campaign is teaming up with Regenerate America, a coalition stewarded by Kiss the Ground, to host the 2023 Farm Bill Fly-In: The Business Case for a Regenerative Transition on June 14th on Capitol Hill.

The Farm Bill presents one of the most significant legislative opportunities of 2023. Members from ASBN and Regenerate America will meet with policymakers on the House and Senate Agriculture Committees to advocate for immediate investments in regenerative agriculture and rebuilding critical gaps in domestic supply chains.

“Speaking directly with policymakers alongside ASBN & Regenerate America during the Rally for Resilience demonstrated the great power of advocating as a collective. We want to see regenerative agriculture prioritized in the next Farm Bill, but it will take all of us leveraging our influence to progress policy.” – Molly Lawrence, King Arthur Baking

The Farm Bill Fly-In will bring together businesses, farmers, and organizations from across industries and regions to demonstrate to Congress the broad impact of supporting regenerative agriculture and food systems. Participants will have the opportunity to influence policy and advocate for sustainability, biodiversity, clean water, and social justice.
